I’m not fat,I’m normal weight,I’m 5’6 and 124 lbs but I decided to get fitter and healthier.I eat a lot of “junk food” like cookies and ice cream and even though I don’t usually gain that much weight,I decided that it’s time to start eating well and also shed some pounds!
